LANCASTER, Pa. (March 7, 2019) – Three members of the USMMA wrestling team have received praise from the Centennial Conference for their efforts in the classroom, as the league announced the 2019 Winter Academic Honorees on Thursday.
For the second-straight year, senior Blake Bunce (Trophy Club, Texas) earned a spot on the Academic All-Centennial Team, while also landing on the Centennial Academic Honor Roll for the third-straight season. Joining Bunce on the Academic Honor Roll are sophomores Gavin Bradley (Woodbury, Minn.) and Rodman Rupp (Brick, N.J.).

To be eligible for the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll, a student-athlete must be a sophomore or higher in class standing and attain a cumulative grade point average of 3.40 or higher. You can view the full list of Academic Honor Roll honorees at this link.
In order to earn a spot on the Academic All-Centennial Team, a student-athlete must be both an All-Conference selection and be on the Academic Honor Roll. Bunce was a 2019 All-Centennial Honorable Mention after his second-place finish at the conference championship meet in early February.
